Ook ervaren teammanagers en zorgmanagers uit de ouderenzorg, VVT en gehandicaptenzorg nodigen we graag uit om te reageren. De combinatie van psychiatrie, ouderenzorg en complexe zorgvragen vraagt om goede multidisciplinaire samenwerking en een leidinggevende die verschillende disciplines met elkaar weet te verbinden. Wat ga je doen Deze functie is nieuw binnen de organisatie en onderdeel van de verdere ontwikkeling van het management. Als integraal manager sta je dicht bij medewerkers en teams, geef je richting waar nodig en ben je verantwoordelijk voor kwaliteit van zorg, teamontwikkeling en bedrijfsvoering. De organisatie is volop in ontwikkeling, waardoor verandermanagement een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie is. Je begeleidt teams bij veranderingen, implementeert nieuwe werkwijzen en werkt samen met medewerkers aan het verbeteren van zorg en werkprocessen, onder andere vanuit de PDCA-cyclus. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers en teams - Creëren van een veilig en professioneel werkklimaat - Sturen op kwaliteit, capaciteit, inzetbaarheid, budget en medewerkerstevredenheid - Vertalen van organisatiedoelen naar concrete doelen voor jouw teams - Bewaken van personele en zorginhoude...
