Voor onze opdrachtgever in Diemen zijn wij op zoek naar een administratief medewerker voor kwaliteitsdocumenten met een affiniteit voor techniek. Jij gaat aan de slag bij een metaalbewerkingsbedrijf als technisch administratief medewerker. Jouw voornaamste taak is het op orde houden van de kwaliteitsdocumenten. Het bedrijf voert kwaliteitsprocessen uit om de constante kwaliteit van de producten te verzekeren, en jij zorgt ervoor dat alle benodigde documentatie aanwezig is en geverifieerd. Jij gaat deze bijbehorende documenten ordenen, analyseren en beheren. Omdat het gaat om een zeer specialistisch proces wat dit bedrijf uitvoert op metalen onderdelen, is de documentatie technisch van aard, het is dus van belang dat jij hier enige affiniteit mee hebt. Je werkt veel met Microsoft Excel en verwerkt daarbij de documenten die door externe controleurs worden aangeleverd. Een uitgebreide technische kennis is niet nodig, je wordt uitgebreid ingewerkt en je krijgt de benodigde uitleg en scholing om jouw taken naar behoren uit te kunnen voeren. In deze functie werk je direct samen met de plantmanager en ondersteun je hem op het gebied van kwaliteit. Je werkdagen zijn bespreekbaar en liggen tussen de 32 uur en 40 uur per week. De ideale kandidaat voor deze functie heeft ervaring met administratief werk en weet hoe je Microsoft Excel kunt inzetten bij je werkzaamheden. Je bent sociaal en kunt makkelijk contact leggen met klanten in het Nederlands en Engels. Je bent niet bang om telefonisch of per mail contact te leggen met klanten.
