Bij Fivoor combineren we techniek met zorg. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze klinieken en locaties veilig, functioneel en prettig zijn om in te werken en te verblijven. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat onze gebouwen en technische installaties in optimale conditie blijven. Van klimaat- en elektrotechnische installaties tot beveiligingssystemen: dankzij jouw inzet kunnen collega's en patiënten rekenen op een veilige omgeving. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het uitvoeren van interne verhuizingen en diverse technische werkzaamheden; - Het onderhouden van en oplossen van storingen aan elektrotechnische, klimaattechnische en beveiligingsinstallaties; - Het begeleiden van onderaannemers en toezien op veilig werken; - Het signaleren en verhelpen van onveilige situaties; - Het adviseren over verbeteringen aan gebouwen en technische installaties; - Het ondersteunen bij het opvragen van offertes en het plannen van werkzaamheden; - Het samenwerken met ervaren collega's en het delen en ontwikkelen van technische kennis. Hier kom jij te werken Je komt te werken binnen de afdeling Vastgoedbeheer, waar je samen met een betrokken team zorgt voor veilige, goed onderhouden en toekomstbestendige gebouwen. Vanuit jouw technische expertise lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan een omgeving waarin collega's hun werk goed kunnen doen en patiënten de zorg krijgen die zij nodig hebben. Dit ben jij Je bent technisch onderlegd, praktisch ingesteld en hebt oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
