De functie Dit ga je doen Als Technisch Operator zorg je voor het volgende: - Je monteert en stelt apparatuur en matrijzen af, zodat machines op tijd klaar zijn voor productie. - Storingen aan machines of matrijzen onderzoek je, registreer je de oorzaak. - Je voert procescontroles uit op basis van visuele productcontroles. - Spuitgietmachines geef je vrij voor productie, in overleg met de ploegleider. - Bij matrijzenwissels voer je kleur orderwissels uit. - Je bouwt matrijzen zelfstandig in voor proefspuitingen. - Productiegegevens en instellingen registreer je in het systeem. - Bij overdracht van spuitgietmachines naar productie geef je toelichting en instructies.
