Je werkt in een vast tenderteam met cost engineering, consultancy en andere tendermanagers. Per tender geef je leiding aan een multidisciplinair team van circa 10 tot 15 specialisten. Je werkt vanuit een kantoorlocatie in Zuid-Holland of Noord-Brabant. Jouw taken omvatten: - Ontwikkel en voer tenderstrategieën voor complexe energieprojecten uit; - Leid een multidisciplinair team van circa 10 tot 15 specialisten; - Analyseer klantvragen, aanbestedingsstukken en beoordelingscriteria; - Vertaal technische, financiële en duurzame eisen naar een offerte; - Bewaak planning, tenderbudget, kwaliteit en tijdige indiening; - Stel prekwalificaties, risicobeoordelingen en EMVI-analyses op; - Onderhoud relaties met opdrachtgevers, partners en stakeholders; - Verbeter tenderprocessen en stimuleer innovatie en kennisdeling. Wat neem je mee als Tendermanager Energieprojecten? - Beschik over een afgeronde technische of bedrijfskundige hbo-opleiding; - Breng minimaal drie jaar ervaring als tender- of contractmanager mee; - Ken duurzame energieoplossingen en ontwikkelingen in de energietransitie; - Heb ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams; - Analyseer complexe informatie en vertaal deze naar een heldere strategie; - Bewaak gestructureerd belangen, afspraken, deadlines en details.
