Jobid=534435351017293798 (0.0502) De organisatie: Voor deze toonaangevende consultancy organisatie ben ik op zoek naar bedreven test engineers met minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring. De organisatie bestaat uit ongeveer 100 consultants, van ambitieuze junioren tot ervaren senioren, en kent meerdere vestigingen verspreid over het land. Voor de vestiging in Enschede is men op zoek naar medior+ kandidaten die graag op technisch uitdagende projecten in Oost-Nederland ingezet willen worden. Wegens het regionale kantoor, heeft men een bekende naam in de omgeving en kunnen ze consultants een grote diversiteit aan uitdagende projecten op goed bereisbare afstand bieden. Dat is ook de sleutel tot succes en de reden dat ze zelfs in deze tijd mensen aannemen en vaste contracten bieden! Testing is een belangrijke tak van sport binnen deze organisatie. Het merendeel van de 100 consultants is namelijk ingezet als testconsultant dus dat betekent dat je echt terecht komt in een organisatie waar je als tester met vakgenoten veel kennis kan op doen en delen. Zo organiseren ze regelmatig terugkomdagen op kantoor waarbij je gezamenlijk over jullie projecten gaat sparren, worden er trainingen en cursussen verzorgd en is er ook veel ruimte voor gezelligheid in de vorm van borrels, diners en een weekendje weg. De functie: Als Testconsultant word je zelfstandig ingezet op langdurige projecten bij interessante organisaties. Samen met je werkgever ga je in kaart brengen welke type projecten en organisaties goed bij jou passen om zo samen je toekomstige klant samen uit te kiezen. De organisatie is erg stabiel maar heeft verder ook niet de ambitie om gigantisch groot te worden, juist omdat ze het persoonlijke karakter richting haar werknemers wil behouden.
