In deze functie kom je bij bewoners over de vloer en zorg je ervoor dat reparaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden vakkundig worden uitgevoerd. Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag los je een klemmende deur op, de volgende dag herstel je een kozijn of voer je verschillende timmerwerkzaamheden uit in een woning. Wat ga je doen? Als Timmerman Dagelijks Onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van uiteenlopende onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden. Je gaat zelfstandig op pad en zorgt ervoor dat iedere klus netjes en volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van diverse timmer- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Herstellen en vervangen van deuren, kozijnen en hang- en sluitwerk; - Uitvoeren van kleine reparaties in woningen; - Signaleren van aanvullende werkzaamheden en technische gebreken; - Contact onderhouden met bewoners en hen netjes te woord staan; - Zelfstandig plannen en uitvoeren van je werkzaamheden; - Zorgdragen voor een nette oplevering van iedere klus. Wie je bent (of wil worden) - Ervaring als timmerman, bij voorkeur binnen onderhoud of renovatie; - Je beschikt over technisch en bouwkundig inzicht; Aanbod - Een salaris tussen de €3.000 en €4.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; - Een eigen werkbus; - Goed en professioneel gereedschap; - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden; Bedrijfsprofiel Je komt terecht bij een grote bouworganisatie waar je werkt aan het onderhouden, verbeteren en vernieuwen van woningen.
