Bij ons traineeship "Regie in de Zorg" leiden wij jou op tot een professional die regie voert over zorgtrajecten binnen zorgverzekeraars, zorgkantoren of Wmo-afdelingen van gemeenten. Binnen deze rollen sta je dus niet met je handen aan het bed, maar zorg jij er wel voor dat mensen die zorg nodig hebben, die ook daadwerkelijk krijgen. De uitdaging Als trainee zorg jij ervoor dat mensen toegang krijgen tot de passende zorg die zij nodig hebben om zelfstandig te kunnen blijven leven. Je heb hier te maken met de Wet langdurige zorg (Wlz), Zorgverzekeringswet (Zvw) of Wet maatschappelijke ondersteuning (Wmo). In deze rollen fungeer je in de bemiddeling tussen klant en zorgaanbieder en ben je altijd bezig om meest passende zorg binnen de juiste kaders te vinden voor iedere klant. Denk hierbij aan: - Vanuit de Zvw: iemand is herstellende van een operatie en jij draagt eraan bij dat diegene thuis verpleging en verzorging ontvangt van een wijkverpleegkundige. - Vanuit de Wmo: Een meneer die een verhoging nodig heeft om zijn scootmobiel naar binnen te rijden. - Vanuit de Wlz: je helpt een meneer die dementie heeft aan de intensieve zorg die hij nodig heeft, namelijk dagelijkse thuiszorg voor persoonlijke verzorging en begeleiding. Ontwikkelen binnen Talent&Pro en het Sociaal Domein Ons Nederlandse zorgstelsel zorgt ervoor dat iedereen toegang heeft tot betaalbare en kwalitatieve zorg, ongeacht hun financiële situatie.
