Functieomschrijving: Als Transportplanner in Beverwijk ben jij dé spil op onze afdeling logistiek. Je puzzelt de meest efficiënte routes in elkaar, denkt commercieel mee én staat direct in contact met onze chauffeurs. Zie je een kans om lege kilometers te voorkomen of moet er bij vertraging strak geschakeld worden? Jij behoudt de rust, neemt snel beslissingen en regelt het!Jouw dagelijkse uitdagingen op een rij: • Slimme Rittenplanning: Efficiënt inplannen van onze vloot en chauffeurs, met een scherp oog voor rij- en rusttijden én klantafspraken; • Chauffeursaansturing: Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt, zorgen voor heldere instructies en een vlekkeloze ritvoorbereiding; • Proactief Schakelen: Razendsnel oplossingen bedenken bij onverwachte situaties, vertragingen of acute wijzigingen; • Commercieel Denken: De bezettingsgraad van ons wagenpark continu optimaliseren en actief lege kilometers wegpoetsen; • Administratieve Borging: Zorgvuldige verwerking van transportopdrachten, vrachtdocumenten en ritadministratie in ons systeem.
