Voor deze fijne relatie van ons zijn wij op zoek naar een uitvoerder die een diversiteit aan restauratieprojecten gaat aansturen. In een notendop: - Landelijke projecten met een focus op de randstad - Voornamelijk monumentale panden - Kleine verbouwingen, gevelonderhoud en schilderwerkzaamheden - Omvang tussen 1 en 5/6 miljoen euro In deze rol ben je veelal zelfstandig aan het werk. Je draagt zorg voor een tijdige, binnen budget en conform de gestelde kwaliteitseisen realisatie van de projecten. Je stuurt voornamelijk eigen personeel aan en de benodigde onderaannemers. De dagstart wordt door jou begeleid, je stelt de planning op en houdt het meer-minderwerk bij. Uiteraard ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alle stakeholders. In deze rol ben je voornamelijk in de randstad werkzaam. Af en toe zal een project zich ergens anders in het land bevinden. In dergelijke gevallen zal bij een lange reistijd een overnachting worden voorzien. Ben je geïnteresseerd in deze uitdagende en dynamische rol op de meest uiteenlopende restauratie projecten?
