Als Kozijnenadviseur geef jij advies op maat en zorg je ervoor dat ieder gesprek een succes wordt! alles is maatwerk en in dienst van de klant! Dit in een mooie showroom op een toplocatie. Over de functie In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de showroom. Je ontvangt hen op een gastvrije manier en neemt de tijd om hun wensen en ideeën goed te begrijpen. Met jouw gevoel voor klantbeleving en oog voor detail vertaal je deze wensen naar een passend en persoonlijk advies. Je laat zien wat er mogelijk is en helpt klanten bij het maken van de juiste keuzes. Op basis van het gesprek werk je een duidelijke en op maat gemaakte offerte uit. Vervolgens begeleid je de klant gedurende het hele traject: van eerste oriëntatie tot het moment van bestellen. Je houdt contact, denkt mee en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel en professioneel verloopt. Zo weet de klant precies waar hij aan toe is en voelt hij zich goed geholpen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de verkoopafdeling en springt bij waar nodig. Samen zorgen jullie voor een prettige sfeer in de showroom en een optimale klantbeleving. Omdat zaterdag een belangrijke verkoopdag is, ben je dan ook inzetbaar.
