Met ruim 40 tegelzetters en een enthousiast showroom- en kantoorteam realiseren we iedere dag de mooiste tegelprojecten door heel Nederland. Van een nieuwe badkamer of keuken tot complete woningen en bijzondere projecten: onze klanten komen bij ons voor kwaliteit, advies en een mooi eindresultaat. Onze showroom is de plek waar klanten inspiratie opdoen en keuzes maken. Als Verkoopmedewerker speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol. Wat ga je doen? Als Verkoopmedewerker ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het verkoopproces van A tot Z. Je ontvangt klanten, achterhaalt hun wensen en weet deze te vertalen naar een passend en aantrekkelijk aanbod. Je vindt het leuk om klanten te adviseren, maar hebt ook een commerciële drive: je ziet kansen, durft door te vragen en weet op een natuurlijke manier tot een verkoop te komen. Geen klant en geen project is hetzelfde. De ene klant weet precies wat hij wil, terwijl de andere juist behoefte heeft aan inspiratie en advies. Jij weet goed in te spelen op verschillende klanten en situaties. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: ✅ klanten adviseren en begeleiden bij hun aankoop; ✅ actief verkopen van tegels en bijbehorende producten; ✅ achterhalen van klantbehoeften en hier commercieel op inspelen; ✅ adviseren over tegels, kleuren, materialen en combinaties; ✅ opvolgen van offertes en verkoopkansen; ✅ onderhouden van klantcontact gedurende het verkoopproces; ✅ herkennen van commerciële kansen en deze benutten; ✅ zorgen voor ...
