Functieomschrijving Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten. Vanuit jouw klantgerichte aanpak weet je commerciële kansen te herkennen en speel je actief in op de behoeften van de klant. Je adviseert over passende oplossingen voor veilig werken en redden op hoogte en stelt hierbij offertes op. Van het eerste contact tot en met de afronding van de verkoop begeleid je het volledige verkoopproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten goed worden geïnformeerd en volledig worden ontzorgd. Je komt je afspraken na en staat voor een persoonlijke en betrouwbare manier van werken: afspraak is afspraak. Je hebt veelvuldig contact met klanten via telefoon en e-mail, maar ook in de showroom en op locatie. Daarbij weet je gemakkelijk te schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en houd je overzicht. Je werkt zorgvuldig volgens de geldende procedures en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid. Naast je dagelijkse werkzaamheden denk je actief mee over de commerciële strategie en de verdere groei van de organisatie, met een sterke focus op uitbreiding binnen de Europese markt. Je krijgt bovendien de mogelijkheid om mee te werken aan diverse projecten die bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en groei van het bedrijf. Tegelijkertijd bieden deze projecten ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en nieuwe kennis en vaardigheden op te doen.
