Verpleegkundig specialist Maag-, Darm en Leverziekten - Locatie West, Oost - Eindejaarsuitkering van ruim 8% Voor patiënten met IBD en hun naasten ben jij een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt. Je coördineert de zorg, voert zelfstandig spreekuren en neemt bij reeds gediagnosticeerde patiënten onderbouwde diagnostische en therapeutische besluiten in nauw overleg met het IBD-team. Zo combineer je medische verantwoordelijkheid met persoonlijke begeleiding. Dit doe je doordat je: - zelfstandig poliklinische en telefonische spreekuren voert; - een integrale anamnese afneemt, lichamelijk onderzoek verricht en medicatie voorschrijft: - opgenomen patiënten begeleidt en hen waar nodig verwijst naar andere zorgverleners; - deelneemt aan multidisciplinair overleg; - jouw kennis deelt, bijvoorbeeld via voorlichting en klinische lessen; - bijdraagt aan de kwaliteit en verdere ontwikkeling van de IBD-zorg. Dit neem jij mee naar OLVG Je werkt graag zelfstandig, zoekt actief de samenwerking op en hebt oog voor wat een chronische ziekte betekent in het dagelijks leven van patiënten. Je communiceert helder met patiënten, naasten en collega's en neemt initiatief wanneer je kansen ziet om de zorg te verbeteren. - een afgeronde masteropleiding MANP (Master Advanced Nursing Practice) - ervaring met de zorg voor mensen met chronische aandoeningen; - bij voorkeur kennis van IBD of MDL; - het vermogen om zorgvuldig klinische afwegingen te maken en je besluiten goed af te stemmen binnen het behandelteam; - empathie, flexibiliteit en stressbestendigheid. Je werkt binnen de RVE Maag-, Darm- en Leverziekten op de locaties Oost en West. In het IBD-team werk je nauw samen met onder anderen MDL-artsen, basisartsen en andere verpleegkundig specialisten. Samen bieden jullie patiënten deskundige zorg gedurende het verloop van hun ziekte.
