Mensen komen hier vanuit het ziekenhuis om op te knappen. Het is heel erg divers hier. Geen één dag is hetzelfde en je werkt hier met heel veel disciplines samen''. En ben jij daarnaast nieuwsgierig, innovatief en denk je graag mee over nieuwe ontwikkelingen? Dan hebben wij een mooie en veelzijdige functie voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als verpleegkundige binnen de geriatrische revalidatiezorg (GRZ) heb je een veelzijdige en afwisselende baan. Je combineert jouw kennis van ziektebeelden en revalidatie met persoonlijke en betrokken zorg. Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, houdt het herstel van cliënten nauwlettend in de gaten en coördineert samen met het multidisciplinaire team de zorg rondom de cliënt. Je bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en hun naasten. Je begeleidt hen bij het behalen van hun revalidatiedoelen en stimuleert cliënten om zoveel mogelijk zelf te doen. Juist die combinatie van zorg verlenen én iemand steeds een stapje verder helpen, maakt het werken binnen de GRZ zo waardevol. Je werkt op onze afdeling met in totaal30 bedden, ieder met een eigen slaap- en badkamer, binnen de kortdurende zorg van Nieuw Rijsenburgh in Sommelsdijk. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt snel, houdt het overzicht en voert de regie, maar hebt altijd oog voor de mens achter de cliënt en zijn/haar naasten. Samen met artsen, psychologen, fysiotherapeuten en andere collega's werk je aan het herstel van onze cliënten. Ook familie en mantelzorgers spelen hierin een bel...
