Wil je aan de slag in een acute setting en complexe zorg leveren? Ben je leergierig én kun je goed plannen en organiseren? Dan is de vacature BAZ-verpleegkundigen in opleiding op de Intensive Care vast iets voor jou! De functie Als BAZ-verpleegkundige ga je aan de slag op onze topklinische Intensive Care. Je hebt een bijzondere rol, waarbij je nauw samenwerkt met een IC-verpleegkundige, maar zelfstandig zorgt voor patiënten met laag- en midden complexe zorgvragen. Als BAZ-verpleegkundige ondersteun je onze IC-verpleegkundigen dus waar je kunt. Je bewaakt de vitale functies van patiënten en je neemt ook andere meer basis taken over in deze acute zorg. En - het staat nog in de kinderklompen - maar in de toekomst kun je mogelijk ook rouleren over andere acute afdelingen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan de Recovery de SEH en de CCU. De Intensive Care van Franciscus Op onze Intensive Care bieden wij topklinische zorg. We hebben 17 IC bedden verdeeld over onze 2 ziekenhuislocaties in Rotterdam en Schiedam. Ook hebben we een post-IC polikliniek en werken onze collega's in het SIT- en Reanimatieteam van het ziekenhuis. We werken met een goed ingespeeld team van intensivisten, IC-verpleegkundigen, BAZ-verpleegkundigen, practitioners en andere ondersteuners.
