Je werkt zelfstandig, met ruimte om persoonlijke aandacht aan de cliënt te geven binnen je route. Een betekenisvolle functie met flexibiliteit, variatie en waardering. Waarbij je terecht komt in een professioneel en warm team waarin collegialiteit en vertrouwen centraal staan. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je schakelt tussen zorg, begeleiding en contact met het netwerk rondom de cliënt. Benieuwd hoe het is om te werken in de wijk en welke teams er zijn? Dit ga je doen als Verzorgende IG In de wijk ben je verantwoordelijk voor persoonlijke verzorging en verpleegtechnische handelingen bij cliënten thuis. Zelfstandigheid en welzijn van de cliënt staan centraal in jouw manier van werken. Veranderingen in gezondheid of gedrag worden opgemerkt en besproken met collega's of andere zorgprofessionals. Zorg lever je volgens protocollen en leg je nauwkeurig vast. Daarbij onderhoud je contact met mantelzorgers en werk je samen binnen een hecht, betrokken en professioneel team.
