Verzorgende IG Ouderenpsychiatrie Ouderen met somatische en psychiatrische hulpvragen zorg en begeleiding op maat bieden. Jij zorgt ervoor. Zo werk jij Voor wie jij er als verzorgende IG bent? Ouderen met een boeiende combinatie van somatische en psychiatrische problematiek. Op onze nieuwe locatie de Westerhof, een ruim en licht gebouw, bieden wij zorg en begeleiding aan 32 bewoners. Binnen de Westerhof zijn er vier verschillende woonkamers met elk een eigen groepsdynamiek en begeleidingsvorm. Bij de ene woonkamer bied je meer zorg en bij de andere meer begeleiding. Je hebt een vaste woonkamer waar je werkt, maar het kan ook voorkomen dat je ergens anders wordt ingezet. Dat maakt het werk zo dynamisch. We sluiten zoveel mogelijk aan bij de gevoelens, wensen en belevingswereld van de cliënt. We kijken naar wat iemand belangrijk vindt en waar iemand plezier aan beleeft. Op basis daarvan bieden we ondersteuning die aansluit bij de persoonlijke situatie en behoeften. Onze zorg is gebaseerd op drie kernwaarden: Behoud van eigen regie. Gezamenlijkheid en gelijkwaardigheid. En een persoonlijke benadering van zorg en activiteiten. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat cliënten zich gehoord, gezien en begrepen voelen. Daarom bieden we ondersteuning die aansluit bij het dagelijks leven en de persoonlijke wensen van de cliënt. Samen zorgen we voor een vertrouwde omgeving waarin welzijn, respect en kwaliteit van leven vooropstaan. Wat de functie van verzorgende IG bij GGz Centraal bijzonder maakt is: - verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoeren. - je hebt echt de tijd en vrijheid hebt om begeleiding en verzorging te bieden die het beste aansluit bij de bewoner. - deelnemen aan het multidisciplinaire overleg, waarin je samenwerkt met andere zorgverleners om de beste zorg te waarborgen. - ook is er de mogelijkheid om leerlingen en stagiaires te begeleiden en bij te dragen aan hun professionele ontwikkeling.
