Vastrada biedt een warm thuis aan 99 bewoners die intensieve zorg nodig hebben vanwege lichamelijke en/of dementie-gerelateerde klachten. De focus ligt op een prettige woonomgeving en het bevorderen van het welzijn van de bewoners, allemaal onder een dak. Vastrada beschikt over een oefenzaal, kapsalon, stilteruimte en natuurlijk een gemeenschappelijk restaurant. Wat ga je doen? Je gaat aan de slag binnen somatiekafdeling Ijzeren Bos. Als Verzorgende C of IG binnen Zuyderland Zorgcentra coördineer je de zorg rondom je cliënten met het zorgleefplan als leidraad. Individuele wensen en eigen regie van de cliënt staan hierbij centraal. Naast de dagelijkse verzorgende taken voer je ook verpleegtechnische handelingen uit, signaleer je gezondheidsproblemen en schakel je met familie en/of mantelzorgers en andere zorgprofessionals. Wat neem je mee? Je bent in het bezit van het diploma verzorgende C of IG niveau 3 of een gelijkwaardig (buitenlands) diploma. Wie jij bent en wat je belangrijk vindt?
