Vanuit Franeker werkt het team aan verschillende projecten in het Noorden. De ene keer gaat het om een kleine reparatie, de andere keer om een groter renovatieproject. Je werkt samen met ervaren vakmensen die hun kennis graag met je delen. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid om het voegvak in de praktijk te leren en jezelf hierin verder te ontwikkelen. Werk jij graag buiten en wil je een vak leren? Als voeger herstel je metselwerk door oude voegen te verwijderen, gevels schoon te maken en nieuwe voegen aan te brengen. Je leert het vak in de praktijk van ervaren collega's. Ook zonder ervaring kun je hier aan de slag! Over de functie Als voeger ga je vanuit Franeker samen met je collega's naar verschillende projecten in het Noorden. Op locatie ga je aan de slag met het herstellen van gevels en metselwerk. Je verwijdert beschadigde voegen, hakt het oude voegwerk uit en maakt de gevel klaar voor een nieuwe voeg. Daarna zorg je voor een nette afwerking. Geen dag is precies hetzelfde. De ene keer werk je vanaf een steiger, de andere keer vanuit een hoogwerker. Je helpt mee met de voorbereiding, zet materialen klaar en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat het werk goed wordt uitgevoerd. Je hoeft voor deze functie nog geen ervaring als voeger te hebben. Je leert het vak gewoon op de werkvloer van ervaren collega's. In het begin kijk en help je mee, waarna je steeds meer werkzaamheden zelf oppakt.
