Dan is dit jouw volgende stap. Bij Strukton Rail zoeken we een ervaren Voorman Grondwerken die zelfstandig projecten kan draaien binnen Kabels en Leidingen. Wat ga je doen? Als ervaren Voorman Grondwerken ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats. Je stuurt jouw ploeg aan, bewaakt de planning en zorgt dat het werk veilig, efficiënt en volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met de uitvoerder en projectleider en hebt een belangrijke rol in het succes van onze projecten. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende kabel‑ en leidingprojecten binnen het spoor, variërend van kleinere werkzaamheden tot grotere integrale projecten. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt: van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden • Aansturen en begeleiden van een ploeg grondwerkers • Voorbereiden en organiseren van werkzaamheden op locatie • Verdelen van taken en bewaken van voortgang en kwaliteit • Controleren van materieel, materiaal en veiligheidsmaatregelen • Uitvoeren en controleren van metingen • Signaleren van afwijkingen en schakelen met uitvoerder en projectleider Dit wordt jouw team Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling Kabels en Leidingen van Strukton Rail.
