Wat ga je doen? Een goede voorbereiding zorgt ervoor dat het werk buiten soepel verloopt. Daar speel jij een belangrijke rol in. Jij houdt de planning scherp, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat alle informatie en documentatie op orde zijn voordat de werkzaamheden starten. Je werkt in de Rotterdamse Haven, een omgeving waar continu beweging is en waar werkzaamheden goed op elkaar moeten aansluiten. Juist daar komt jouw organisatietalent goed tot zijn recht. Jij brengt overzicht, ziet waar iets dreigt mis te lopen en zorgt dat zaken op tijd worden opgepakt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen, bijhouden en optimaliseren van werkpakketten en onderhoudsplanningen. - Verwerken en controleren van projectinformatie in verschillende systemen. - In de gaten houden van de voortgang en tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen of knelpunten. - Regelen en coördineren van vergunningen, meldingen en overige projectdocumentatie. - Ondersteunen bij rapportages over de voortgang en het nakomen van contractuele afspraken. - Zorgen dat projectdossiers compleet, actueel en kwalitatief op orde zijn. - Afstemmen met collega's, uitvoerende partijen en de opdrachtgever over de werkzaamheden. - Meedenken over hoe processen slimmer, efficiënter en overzichtelijker kunnen worden ingericht. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat de voorbereiding staat als een huis, zodat het werk buiten zonder onnodige verrassingen kan worden uitgevoerd.
