Ben jij de organisator die techniek en uitvoering samenbrengt? Voor een opdrachtgever in de regio Salland zijn wij op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider Technische Dienst. In deze sleutelrol zorg jij ervoor dat onderhouds- en verbeterwerkzaamheden soepel verlopen. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen de technische dienst, productie en externe partijen. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding kunnen monteurs efficiënt aan de slag en blijven machines en installaties optimaal presteren. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkvoorbereider Technische Dienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, voorbereiden en coördineren van technische werkzaamheden. Je houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en zorgt ervoor dat alles geregeld is voordat het werk start. Jouw taken zijn onder andere: Opstellen en beheren van onderhoudsplanningen. Voorbereiden van preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Inplannen van monteurs en externe technische specialisten. Bestellen van onderdelen, materialen en benodigde diensten. Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en kosten van werkzaamheden. Beheren van technische documentatie en onderhoudssystemen. Signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan optimalisatieprojecten. Ondersteunen bij storingsanalyses en het doorvoeren van structurele oplossingen. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een uitstekend salaris passend bij jouw ervaring. Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden. productieomgevingen. Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve werkhouding. Ervaring met onderhouds- en/of ERP-systemen is een pré.
