Wij zijn namelijk op zoek naar een Wmo consulent voor regio Overijssel. Een inwoner wil niet afhankelijk zijn, maar redt het alleen niet meer. Dat gesprek is vaak kwetsbaar. Als Wmo consulent ben jij degene die luistert en tegelijkertijd richting geeft. Je voert gesprekken bij mensen thuis en onderzoekt samen wat nodig is om zelfstandig te blijven wonen. Je kijkt naar mogelijkheden, maar ook naar beperkingen. Je zet ondersteuning in, zoals begeleiding of huishoudelijke hulp, en zorgt dat deze aansluit bij de situatie van de inwoner. Je combineert betrokkenheid met duidelijkheid. En juist daardoor ontstaat vertrouwen. - Je voert gesprekken met inwoners in hun eigen leefomgeving; - Je brengt behoeften, mogelijkheden en beperkingen in kaart; - Je zet passende ondersteuning en voorzieningen in; - Je begeleidt inwoners tijdens het aanvraagproces; - Je bewaakt de menselijke maat binnen jouw besluiten. dit is werken bij koen - een vast contract en alle voordelen van in loondienst werken - uitdagende opdrachten bij afwisselende opdrachtgevers - veel ontwikkelkansen zoals opleidingen, trainingen en kennissessies Wat wij bieden - Een goed startsalaris, afhankelijk van je werkervaring, tussen de €2875,- en €5096,- bruto per maand; - Mogelijkheid tot een vast contract; - Uitdagende opdrachten die aansluiten bij je kennis en ambities; - Een eindejaarsuitkering van 7,55% als je onder de CAO Gemeenten werkt; - Uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals 100% doorbetaling bij geen opdracht en verzuim en 25 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek; - Een vrij te besteden en persoonlijk opleidingsbudget van € 1.250,- per jaar.
