Bij RCN Zeewolde aan het Veluwemeer ben jij de spil van het keukenteam: jij houdt het overzicht, motiveert je collega's tijdens de spits en zorgt dat er elke dag iets lekkers op tafel komt. - Wat ga je doen? - Wie zijn wij? - Wat vragen wij? - Wat bieden wij jou? Wat ga je doen? Jij zorgt dat de keuken draait zoals het hoort. Je bewaakt de mise en place, stuurt collega's aan tijdens drukke momenten en houdt de rust ook als het hectisch is. Je bereidt koude en warme gerechten en desserts, houdt de HACCP-regels na en denkt mee over de menukaart, inclusief een lokale specialiteit die jaarlijks in overleg wordt vernieuwd. Kwaliteit en efficiency gaan bij jou hand in hand. Wie zijn wij? RCN Zeewolde ligt aan het Veluwemeer in Zuid-Flevoland, op fietsafstand van de Oostvaardersplassen. Bos en strand komen hier samen op één unieke plek, perfect voor watersportliefhebbers en rustzoekers. De teams horeca, recreatie, receptie, schoonmaak, techniek en groen zorgen samen het hele jaar voor een onvergetelijke vakantiebeleving. Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur in de horeca. - Je hebt ervaring met professioneel koken. - Je werkt graag in weekenden en vakantieperiodes.
