Wij bieden zorg en begeleiding aan 32 bewoners. Je hebt te maken met een boeiende combinatie van somatische en psychiatrische hulpvragen, wat zorgt voor een dynamische en afwisselende werkomgeving. Vanuit jouw expertise en persoonlijke talenten geef jij vorm aan de functie van zorgondersteuner/ helpende plus. De belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn voor jou bekend terrein. Wat de functie van zorgondersteuner/ helpende plus bij GGz Centraal bijzonder maakt is: - cliënten persoonlijk begeleiden en verzorgen. - het ritme van de dag of avond bewaken. - samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk zijn voor de continuïteit van de zorg. Je werkt met name dag- en avonddiensten. De nachtdiensten zijn in overleg. Jouw team Jouw nieuwe collega's van het behandelteam de Westerhof kijken ernaar uit om je te ontmoeten. Samen met jou als zorgondersteuner/ helpende plus zijn we nóg sterker verzorgen en begeleiden wij ouderen boven de 60 jaar met somatische en psychiatrische problematiek. Op deze nieuwbouw locatie beschikken wij over vernieuwende zorgdomotica. We zijn vooruitstrevend als het gaat om passende zorg denk hierbij aan een beleef tv en een fiets labyrint.
