The posting

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Directeur Commercial Industrie Agroalimentaire.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, le/la Directeur(trice) aura pour mission le développement de la clientèle et de la vente des produits de la société.

Mise en place de la stratégie et de la politique commerciale

  • Analyser des forces et faiblesses de l’entreprise
  • Mener une étude de son environnement
  • Mettre en œuvre des moyens marketings et commerciaux coordonnés pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux
  • Choisir des canaux de distribution ou ceux relatifs à la politique de prix
  • Mettre en place des actions d’opérations promotionnelles ou de marketing
  • Mener des actions de marketing opérationnel ou tactique.

Développer la clientèle

  • Intervenir depuis la prospection jusqu’à la finalisation de la relation avec le client
  • Prospecter, identifier et cibler de nouveaux clients
  • Entretenir la relation client

Assurer la supervision de la chaîne de commande

  • Traiter la prise de commande
  • Faire étudier les dossiers avec le service études de prix
  • Analyser les aspects techniques, juridiques et financiers en partenariat avec les différents services spécialisés traitant les appels d’offres
  • Mettre en place une stratégie de réponses
  • Négocier avec le client la meilleure offre jusqu’à la signature du marché
  • Transmettre le dossier et le budget aux équipes travaux
  • Être le relais commercial constant des équipes terrain

Représenter l’entreprise (ambassadeur de son entreprise)

  • Incarner les valeurs, le savoir-faire et l’identité de l’entreprise
  • Inspirer confiance grâce à sa qualité de contact
  • Respecter ses engagements

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+4/5 ou DESS spécialisé en Action Commerciale
  • Huit ans d’expérience dans une fonction commerciale, de préférence avec une expérience de Technico-Commercial terrain obligatoire, dont 3-5 ans d’expérience de responsable secteur ou de chef de produit
  • Bonne connaissance du marché
  • Grande capacité rédactionnelle
  • Savoir animer, communiquer, fédérer des équipes
  • Grande maitrise de la langue Anglaise
  • Maîtrise des procédures commerciales
  • Maîtrise des techniques d’accueil et de la gestion de la clientèle
  • Grande capacité de conviction et de négociation
  • Être capable de faire respecter les normes de qualité
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques notamment les logiciels spécifiques de travail
  • Être courtois et pratiquer l'écoute active
  • Être disponible
