1. 参与机器人视觉感知与具身智能算法研发，支撑机械臂在仓储、零售等复杂场景下的自主抓取、吸取、识别与操作能力。 2. 参与三维重建、场景理解、位姿估计、双目立体视觉、深度估计等视觉算法的设计、开发、训练、评测与部署。 3. 参与面向机器人操作任务的视觉感知系统建设，包括物体识别、可抓取/可吸取区域预测、6D 位姿估计、点云处理、RGB-D 多模态融合等。 4. 参与 VLA/WAM、RL、IL等前沿方向探索，推动视觉感知与机器人抓取、吸取、运动规划和控制算法融合。 5. 基于 Python/C++ 参与算法工程化开发，包括数据处理、模型训练、推理部署、性能优化、接口开发及真机调试。 6. 与运动规划、控制、系统软件和现场部署团队协同，持续优化算法在真实业务场景中的准确率、鲁棒性、实时性和泛化能力。

1. 熟悉三维视觉与机器人感知主流技术路线，了解双目/深度估计、点云处理、三维重建、场景理解、6D 位姿估计、抓取/吸取点预测等方向中的一种或多种。 2. 具备深度学习与具身智能相关项目经验，熟悉 PyTorch 及主流视觉/多模态模型，了解 VLM/VLA、Diffusion Policy、模仿学习等技术在机器人抓取、吸取或操作任务中的应用。

加分项 1. 熟悉 OpenCV、Open3D、PCL、ROS/ROS2、Isaac Sim、MuJoCo、PyBullet 等机器人视觉与仿真工具链。 2. 使用过 Grounding DINO、SAM/SAM2、Depth Anything、FoundationPose、FoundationStereo、COLMAP、DUSt3R/MASt3R 等视觉模型或三维重建/位姿估计框架。 3. 了解 OpenVLA、RT-1/RT-2、ACT、Diffusion Policy、RDT 等具身智能或机器人基础模型方向。 4. 有 RGB-D/双目相机、手眼标定、相机标定、机器人视觉系统集成或真机调试经验。 5. 熟练使用 AI Agent 工具辅助研发，如 Cursor、Claude Code等，能够高效完成代码生成、文献调研、数据分析、实验排查和工程提效。
