岗位描述： 1.负责机器人臂、移动底盘、机器人本体等硬件功能、性能测试方案的设计与落地，编写测试用例及报告，全程跟踪缺陷闭环 2. 记录并整理测试数据，分析硬件异常与缺陷，输出专业测试报告，跟踪问题闭环，协助硬件工程师完成问题定位与验证 3. 参与整机可靠性验证工作，包括高低温、湿热、振动、冲击、EMC 等环境与合规性测试 4. 参与硬件测试规范、测试标准的制定与优化，完善硬件测试体系

我们期待你： 1. 2027 届应届生，本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、自动化、电气工程、机械电子工程、机器人工程等相关专业优先； 2. 掌握模拟电路、数字电路基础理论，具备扎实的硬件基础知识，能看懂硬件原理图； 3.了解机器人硬件架构及私服电机、传感器等核心部件原理，熟练使用万用表、示波器等测试仪器； 4. 对机器人硬件架构有基础认知，了解伺服驱动、传感器、电源管理等相关知识者优先； 5. 动手能力强，做事严谨细致，具备良好的问题分析能力、抗压能力与团队协作意识。

培养与发展规划 1.初级硬件测试（0-1年｜执行层） 成长目标：可独立完成常规测试任务，数据记录规范、问题现象描述准确、无测试漏测、无流程事故。 2.中级硬件测试（1-3年｜骨干层） 成长目标：独立负责整机硬件测试项目，可自主发现隐性质量风险，推动问题闭环。 3.资深/高级硬件测试（3年+｜核心专家层） 成长目标：主导重点机型验证、搭建团队质量体系、降低整机故障率、支撑量产稳定。
