团队介绍： 我们是机器人产品落地的核心技术团队，专注于各类机器人整机硬件架构设计、结构集成、硬件调试及量产落地工作。团队深耕机器人硬件领域，成员具备丰富的整机方案设计、结构优化、电气匹配及可靠性验证经验，覆盖结构、电气、硬件集成、测试验证等全技术岗位。 团队聚焦服务机器人、工业机器人整机硬件研发，统筹硬件方案选型、整机堆叠布局、散热优化、动力与控制系统集成，同时把控产品稳定性、安全性与量产适配性。始终以产品落地为核心，联动软件、算法、生产团队，攻克硬件兼容、整机可靠性、成本优化等核心难题，为机器人产品高性能、稳定量产交付提供坚实的硬件技术支撑。

岗位概述 硬件产品电气系统的设计、集成、调试与优化。

关键职责： 1.熟悉产品设计开发流程，整机电气系统架构设计，参与产品的初版设计、升级迭代等全周期过程； 2.负责整机的电气原理图、接线图、线束图的设计，完成核心电气元器件选型、测试与认证； 3.参与控制系统搭建与调试，现场调试与问题解决以及技术文档编写。

1.2027届应届毕业生，本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业; 2.熟练掌握电气制图软件，如 EPLAN 或 AutoCAD Electrical，能独立完成电气原理图和接线图设计； 3.具备扎实的控制理论基础知识，熟悉soc或者mcu编程和调试者优先； 4.熟悉至少一种主流现场总线，如 EtherCAT、CANopen 等，并有实际的集成应用经验； 5.极强的动手能力和现场调试能力，能够熟练使用万用表、示波器等调试工具；

【加分项】 1.拥有复合机器人、移动机器人（非消费级）或协作机器人项目的完整电气开发经验； 2.有基本的C++、Python编程能力，会用其在 Arduino 上开发控制电路板； 3.有基本的PCBA设计经验，含mcu以及soc的开发。 4.了解锂电池管理系统（BMS）和相关电源管理知识。 5.熟悉机器人安全标准（如ISO 13849）及相关电气安全规范。

培养与发展规划： 本计划针对机器人硬件团队校招新人定制，旨在帮助新人快速完成身份转型，掌握整机硬件研发、集成调试与量产相关技能，成长为具备项目思维的专业硬件工程师。 1-2个月认知夯实期：采用一对一导师制，开展岗前培训，讲解机器人硬件架构、研发规范与量产标准，熟悉工具与项目资料，完成基础器件选型、整机认知等入门学习与技能考核。 3-6个月实操历练期：跟随导师参与真实项目，协助完成硬件方案细化、整机布局、调试测试等工作，学习成本优化、量产适配知识，逐步独立承接简易硬件模块研发任务。 6-12个月独立成长期：独立负责单模块硬件研发，全程跟进设计、调试、复盘及量产对接，参与团队技术攻坚，沉淀项目经验，全面具备独立研发履职能力。
