职位描述根据模型研发、测试需求及阶段性Demo开发需求，完成基于自适应机器人与力中心大模型的数据采集、模型训练、模型部署、机器人调试测试、数据整理分析等工作。

岗位职责： 1.根据模型研发及Demo开发需求，综合使用示教器及上位机软件编写机器人程序，不断优化程序稳定性及可靠性 2.根据模型研发及Demo开发需求，设计并实施相关测试，包括可行性测试、动作测试、成功率测试等，协助模型算法及机器人应用技术的不断优化 3.在机器人调试及测试过程中，采集机器人数据，进行相应的数据处理和分析 4.在机器人调试及测试过程中，输出调试经验及产品技术反馈，促进产品技术及应用的持续优化

职位要求 机器人、自动化、机械电子等工科专业背景，有机器人应用或调试相关工作经验优先； 1. 具备机器人相关基础知识、机械电子相关知识（驱动器、传感器、控制系统等等）、编程入门（Python/C++）； 2. 熟练掌握机械臂规划及控制的基本原理； 3. 具备具身智能相关基础知识，了解行业发展现状及前景，有具身智能机械臂相关工作经验优先； 4. 具备良好的英语读写能力； 5. 具备较强的快速学习能力，对自适应机器人应用及具身智能模型研发有兴趣、乐于学习新的知识、接受未知的挑战
