职位概述 主导机器人产品的工业设计全流程，从用户需求与技术可行性出发，打造兼具功能实用性、美学价值与生产可行性的机器人外观及交互形态，推动产品从概念落地为量产型号，提升产品的市场竞争力与用户认可度。

1. 深入研究机器人应用场景，收集用户痛点与市场需求，结合行业趋势制定设计方向。 2. 开展竞品分析，挖掘差异化设计机会，输出机器人外观、结构、人机交互的概念方案，包括草图、3D模型及设计说明。 3. 参与机器人整体外观造型设计，平衡美学、人机工程学与防护需求，确保设计符合目标场景的使用习惯与环境适配性。 4. 参与结构工程师完成内部结构布局优化，保证外观设计与机械传动、电子元件布局的兼容性，解决散热、防尘、防水等工程问题。 5. 与交互设计师一起设计机器人的物理交互部件，提升用户操作的便捷性与直观性。 6. 参与用户测试，收集反馈并迭代设计，确保产品在使用过程中的舒适度与易用性。 7. 输出完整的设计文档（含外观渲染图、结构图纸、CMF方案等），明确材质、工艺、色彩等细节要求。 8. 对接生产部门与供应商，解决量产过程中的设计问题，确保产品外观与设计效果的一致性，控制生产成本。 9. 持续关注机器人领域的新材料、新工艺（如轻量化材料、3D打印技术、表面处理工艺等）及工业设计趋势，推动新技术在产品设计中的应用。 10. 参与设计专利的挖掘与申请，保护公司的设计创新成果。

1. 本科及以上学历，工业设计、产品设计等相关专业，有机器人工业设计相关项目经历，人形机器人等相关项目经验优先； 2. 有较强的手绘能力，精通工业设计软件（如Rhino、SolidWorks、KeyShot、Adobe Creative Suite等）； 3. 熟悉机器人产品的结构特点与工程约束，了解机械传动、电子元件布局的基础知识，具备跨学科协同能力。 4. 熟悉常用制造工艺（如注塑、钣金、CNC、包覆、喷漆等加工等）及材料特性（如金属、工程塑料、面料、复合材料等），能结合工艺要求优化设计。 5. 具备优秀的审美能力与创新思维，对人机工程学有深入理解，能从用户体验角度出发优化设计。 6. 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能与研发、生产、市场等部门高效对接。 7. 逻辑清晰，责任心强，能承担一定的工作压力，适应项目周期的变化。 8. 具有极强的动手能力，有丰富的工艺验证经验。
