团队介绍： 我们是机器人产品全流程质量保障核心团队，负责产品从研发、验证到量产交付的整机质量把关； 团队专注机器人硬件整机集成、可靠性DV/PV验证与量产质量管控，深度挖掘软硬件及结构集成风险； 我们以严谨的测试体系保障产品稳定可靠，持续为产品商业化落地与品质迭代赋能。

岗位职责： 1.负责机器人系统、运动控制、感知决策算法的功能和性能测试，覆盖响应延迟、轨迹精度、路径规划成功率等核心指标 2.进行整机软硬件联调与系统集成测试，输出系统测试报告 3.掌握软件测试流程和方法，可独立编写测试用例，熟悉Linux系统，会python/shell脚本开发，有机器人算法测试经验优先

我们期望你： 1. 2027届应届生，本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息工程、机器人工程等相关专业优先； 2. 掌握软件测试基础理论与常用测试方法，熟悉完整测试流程，具备良好的测试思维与逻辑分析能力； 3. 至少掌握Python/C++/C其中一门编程语言，具备基础的代码阅读与脚本编写能力； 4. 对机器人技术有热情，了解ROS机器人操作系统、嵌入式软件开发、运动控制/机器视觉相关知识者优先； 5. 具备良好的问题排查能力、沟通协作能力，做事严谨细致，有较强的责任心与自驱力。

培养与发展规划： 1. 初级测试（新人/0-1年）：夯实基础、标准化执行 成长要求：能够独立完成版本回归测试、功能测试、问题提交与回归验证，零流程事故。 2. 中级测试（1-3年/团队主力）：业务精通、问题深挖 成长要求：独立负责迭代版本、独立把控版本质量、主动发现隐性风险、推动问题闭环。 3. 高级/资深测试（3年+/骨干）：技术赋能、体系建设 成长要求：可带队负责重点项目、输出规范、沉淀方法论、赋能新人。
