岗位职责 1. 参与机器人数据闭环项目，协助分析并建设“真机采集 → 边缘缓存与上传 → 存储与索引 → 清洗筛选 → 标注与数据集版本 → 训练评测 → 模型部署 → 现场Case回流”的完整链路。 2. 对数据闭环全链路开展系统分析，梳理模块边界、数据契约、元数据、状态机、异常处理和上下游依赖。 3. 建立数据链路性能基线，分析采集吞吐、端到端延迟、数据新鲜度、丢失率、重复率、上传速度、存储与计算成本。 4. 参与数据采集、上传、转码、压缩、切片、索引、检索、回放等模块的工程开发和性能优化。 5. 优化视频、深度图、点云、机器人状态、关节轨迹、力传感等多模态数据的序列化、压缩、批处理和并发处理效率。 6. 参与数据质量体系建设，开发完整性、时间同步、异常值、模态对齐、轨迹有效性等自动检查工具。 7. 参与数据Schema、版本、血缘和可追溯能力建设，保障数据、训练任务、模型版本和评测结果之间能够关联和复现。 8. 建设任务监控、失败重试、断点续传、日志、指标和告警，提高数据链路长期运行的稳定性。 9. 与遥操、机器人端、算法、训练平台和评测团队协作，推动现场失败Case快速回流并进入再训练和回归评测。

1. 在校大学生，计算机、软件工程、数据科学、电子、自动化、机器人等相关专业，本科及以上学历。 2. 熟悉Python，并掌握Go或C++中的至少一种。 3. 熟悉Linux开发环境，具备良好的数据结构、网络和系统基础。 4. 了解数据库、对象存储、消息队列或分布式数据处理中的至少一类技术。 5. 能够使用日志、指标和性能分析方法定位数据处理链路中的吞吐、延迟和资源问题。 6. 具备良好的工程习惯，能够编写测试、数据校验工具和技术文档。
