岗位职责 - 参与具身智能仿真平台建设，为VLA、VLN、感知模型、移动操作模型和世界模型提供可复现的仿真评测环境。 - 基于Isaac Sim、Isaac Lab、MuJoCo、Genesis等平台搭建机器人、传感器、场景、物体和任务环境。 - 建设具身模型仿真Benchmark，设计抓取、放置、开关门、双臂协作、移动操作、长程任务等标准评测任务。 - 开发自动化评测工具，统计任务成功率、子步骤成功率、碰撞率、轨迹效率、动作平滑度、干预次数和失败原因。 - 建设仿真数据生成流水线，批量生成RGB/RGB-D、分割、深度、点云、机器人状态、动作轨迹和语言指令等多模态数据。 - 研究场景随机化、物体随机化、材质与光照随机化、传感器噪声和动力学随机化，提高仿真数据多样性和模型泛化能力。 - 参与真实场景及失败Case的仿真复现，支持算法回归测试、模型版本对比和问题定位。 - 分析仿真与真机之间的差异，参与传感器建模、系统辨识、参数标定和Sim2Real效果评估。 - 与具身算法、数据闭环、机器人系统和真机测试团队协作，推动仿真评测进入模型训练和发布流程。

任职要求 - 计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、机械、图形学等相关专业本科及以上在读。 - 熟悉Python，具备基本的C++开发能力。 - 熟悉机器人运动学、坐标变换、传感器模型和常见机器人任务。 - 使用过Isaac Sim、Isaac Lab、MuJoCo、Genesis、Gazebo等至少一种机器人仿真平台。 - 了解深度学习基本流程，能够使用PyTorch加载、运行和评测模型。 - 具备良好的实验设计、自动化测试、数据分析和技术文档能力。 优先条件 - 有VLA、VLN、模仿学习、世界模型或机器人强化学习仿真经验。 - 熟悉USD、URDF、MJCF、SDF等机器人或场景描述格式。 - 有Blender、Unity、Unreal Engine、Omniverse等3D工具使用经验。 - 熟悉Domain Randomization、System Identification、Sim2Real或合成数据生成。 - 有大规模并行仿真、GPU渲染、Ray或分布式任务调度经验。 - 有具身智能Benchmark、自动化评测系统或模型回归测试经验。 - 能够将真实机器人数据或现场失败Case在仿真环境中复现。

岗位目标 建设可规模化、可复现、可自动回归的具身智能仿真评测和数据生成能力，让模型在进入真机测试前获得充分验证，并持续降低真机数据采集和模型迭代成本。
