Entre sus principales responsabilidades se encuentran:

  • Diseñar, coordinar y ejecutar campañas comerciales orientadas a la captación, activación, cross-selling y retención de clientes de Banca Mayorista.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar modelos de incentivos comerciales.
  • Administrar y optimizar el funnel comercial, acompañando el crecimiento de clientes y oportunidades de negocio.
  • Impulsar la activación de canales comerciales directos e indirectos.
  • Analizar resultados y proponer mejoras continuas para maximizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.

Requisitos

La búsqueda se orienta a profesionales de Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines, con experiencia en desarrollo de negocios B2B, comercialización y áreas de captación, crecimiento o desarrollo de clientes dentro del sector financiero.

  • Conocimientos en Excel, Power BI, manejo de datos, queries y herramientas CRM. MBA deseable, no excluyente.

Valoraremos perfiles analíticos, orientados a resultados, con fuerte impronta comercial, capacidad de coordinación, visión de negocio y excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
