Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Especialista de Riesgos en Ciberseguridad que será responsable de identificar, evaluar y monitorear riesgos asociados a amenazas cibernéticas, vulnerabilidades y brechas de seguridad con impacto en el negocio.

Vas a trabajar de forma cercana con equipos técnicos y áreas de negocio, aportando una mirada estratégica que acompañe la toma de decisiones y fortalezca la postura de seguridad del grupo.

Principales desafíos:

  • Identificar y evaluar riesgos de seguridad de la información (amenazas, vulnerabilidades, fallas de control y brechas de datos)
  • Desarrollar e implementar un marco integral de gestión de riesgos
  • Colaborar con equipos de IT y Ciberseguridad para integrar la gestión de riesgos en procesos y proyectos
  • Monitorear el entorno de amenazas y tendencias globales para ajustar estrategias de mitigación
  • Elaborar reportes ejecutivos sobre el estado de los riesgos para el CISO y líderes del grupo
  • Participar en evaluaciones de riesgos de proveedores, proyectos y nuevas soluciones tecnológicas
  • Impulsar la mejora continua de políticas, estándares y procesos dentro del área GRC

Requisitos

  • Profesional de Sistemas, Seguridad de la Información o carreras afines con al menos 3 años de experiencia en Gestión de Riesgos, Ciberseguridad o Auditoría.
  • Conocimiento de marcos y normativas de gestión de riesgos y seguridad de la información (ISO 27001/27005, NIST, BCRA).
  • Experiencia en identificación, evaluación y tratamiento de riesgos tecnológicos y ciberamenazas.
  • Conocimiento de infraestructura, redes, aplicaciones, cloud y gestión de identidades.
  • Manejo de herramientas GRC y evaluación de riesgos de terceros.
  • Se valorarán certificaciones como CRISC, ISO 27001/27005 o LA/LI.
