En la Gerencia Corporativa de Actividades Tecnológicas buscamos un Líder de DevOps para sumarse a un equipo clave en la evolución de nuestras prácticas, plataformas y procesos de automatización, promoviendo soluciones eficientes, escalables y confiables.

¿Cuáles serán sus principales desafíos?

  • Liderar y acompañar al equipo de DevOps, promoviendo su desarrollo, autonomía y evolución técnica.
  • Definir lineamientos, estándares y buenas prácticas para la implementación y evolución de procesos DevOps.
  • Diseñar y evolucionar estrategias de integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD), asegurando procesos eficientes, confiables y trazables.
  • Impulsar la automatización de procesos de despliegue, configuración y operación, buscando optimizar tiempos y mejorar la experiencia de los equipos de desarrollo.
  • Promover la adopción de prácticas de Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps, observabilidad y automatización, acompañando la evolución tecnológica de la organización.
  • Liderar la resolución de incidentes complejos relacionados con las plataformas y procesos DevOps, asegurando la identificación de causas raíz y la implementación de mejoras.
  • Trabajar de manera transversal con los equipos de Desarrollo, Infraestructura, Arquitectura, Ciberseguridad y QA, articulando necesidades y promoviendo soluciones integrales.
  • Evaluar nuevas herramientas y tecnologías, impulsando iniciativas de mejora continua y evolución de la disciplina.
  • Promover la documentación, estandarización y transferencia de conocimiento dentro de los equipos.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos?

  • Experiencia en posiciones de Liderazgo DevOps, DevOps Engineer Sr., SRE, Automatización, Infraestructura o roles tecnológicos similares.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y/o iniciativas de transformación y evolución tecnológica.
  • Sólida experiencia trabajando con procesos y herramientas de CI/CD.
  • Experiencia con Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD o herramientas equivalentes.
  • Conocimientos y experiencia trabajando con AWS y entornos Cloud y On-Premise.
  • Experiencia con Docker, Git y Bitbucket/GitLab.
  • Conocimientos de arquitecturas de microservicios e integración de sistemas.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de calidad y seguridad como SonarQube y prácticas de DevSecOps.
  • Valoramos experiencia con Kubernetes, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code y herramientas de observabilidad.
  • Capacidad para liderar iniciativas, tomar decisiones técnicas y articular con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Formación académica en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Sistemas o carreras afines.
