En la Gerencia Corporativa de Actividades Tecnológicas buscamos un Líder de Disciplina en Ingeniería para sumarse a un equipo clave en la evolución y gestión de nuestras plataformas.

¿Cuáles serán sus principales desafíos?

  • Diseñar y mantener el marco de competencias técnicas de los equipos de Ingeniería de Plataformas, asegurando su alineación con las necesidades actuales y futuras del área.
  • Coordinar los procesos de evaluación del desempeño técnico y potencial, brindando lineamientos y criterios que impulsen el desarrollo de las capacidades de nuestros equipos.
  • Impulsar programas de capacitación, certificación y comunidades de práctica en tecnologías, metodologías y herramientas clave.
  • Promover la actualización continua y estandarización de buenas prácticas entre los diferentes equipos de ingeniería.
  • Trabajar en conjunto con Recursos Humanos y Gestión del Cambio y del Talento en estrategias de atracción, desarrollo, retención y movilidad del talento técnico.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos?

  • Experiencia en roles vinculados a Ingeniería, Tecnología, Desarrollo de Software, Infraestructura o disciplinas técnicas afines.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo, desarrollo y gestión de equipos o comunidades técnicas.
  • Experiencia trabajando en iniciativas de desarrollo de talento, evaluación de competencias o evolución de capacidades técnicas.
  • Conocimientos de metodologías y prácticas vinculadas a Ingeniería de Software y/o gestión tecnológica.
  • Capacidad para identificar necesidades de capacitación y desarrollo, y transformarlas en planes concretos de evolución de capacidades.
  • Habilidades para trabajar de manera transversal con equipos técnicos, líderes y áreas de Recursos Humanos y Gestión del Talento.
  • Capacidad de análisis, planificación, comunicación y articulación con diferentes stakeholders.
  • Formación académica en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines.
