Buscamos un/a Líder en Inteligencia Artificial con sólida experiencia en Machine Learning, Ciencia de Datos e Inteligencia Artificial, que pueda liderar la estrategia y evolución de las capacidades de IA, identificar oportunidades de alto impacto y acompañar la implementación de soluciones inteligentes de manera escalable, responsable y sostenible.

¿Cuáles serán los desafíos?

  • Liderar la estrategia de Inteligencia Artificial, identificando oportunidades de aplicación junto con las áreas de negocio y tecnología.
  • Definir lineamientos, estándares, metodologías y buenas prácticas para el desarrollo y evolución de soluciones de IA y Machine Learning.
  • Liderar y acompañar al equipo de desarrollo de soluciones de IA, promoviendo buenas prácticas, evolución técnica y desarrollo de capacidades.
  • Priorizar y acompañar la evolución de un portfolio de casos de uso de IA, considerando impacto en el negocio, factibilidad técnica y escalabilidad.
  • Evaluar nuevos modelos, herramientas y tecnologías, incluyendo Machine Learning, IA Generativa y nuevas capacidades analíticas.
  • Asesorar a los equipos técnicos en estrategias de modelado, experimentación, entrenamiento, evaluación e implementación de soluciones.
  • Trabajar articuladamente con Data Engineering, DataOps y Data & AI Ops para garantizar la industrialización, operación, monitoreo y evolución de las soluciones.
  • Impulsar una adopción responsable de la Inteligencia Artificial, promoviendo el entendimiento de sus capacidades, alcances, riesgos y limitaciones.
  • Analizar tendencias y avances tecnológicos para identificar nuevas oportunidades de aplicación de IA que generen valor para el negocio.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de estándares internos, gobierno de modelos, seguridad y normativa aplicable.
  • Promover una cultura de experimentación, innovación y mejora continua en torno a la Inteligencia Artificial.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de vos?

  • Experiencia de al menos 4 años en roles vinculados a Machine Learning, Data Science e Inteligencia Artificial, con experiencia liderando iniciativas o equipos.
  • Experiencia en el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de soluciones de IA en entornos productivos.
  • Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en oportunidades y casos de uso de Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Experiencia en evaluación, monitoreo y mejora continua de modelos.
  • Conocimientos de MLOps, DataOps y entornos Cloud.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y/o coordinando iniciativas multidisciplinarias.
  • Será un plus contar con experiencia en Inteligencia Artificial Generativa, LLMs, RAG y/o agentes de IA.
  • Formación en Ingeniería, Sistemas, Ciencia de Datos, Matemática, Estadística o carreras afines.
