➜ O que você vai fazer por aqui

Como Analista de Negociação, você terá um papel importante na recuperação de crédito, conduzindo negociações e buscando soluções que equilibrem os resultados do negócio e as necessidades dos nossos clientes. No dia a dia, você vai:

  • Analisar o perfil financeiro de clientes inadimplentes, identificando riscos e oportunidades para definir as melhores estratégias de negociação.
  • Conduzir negociações de maior complexidade por telefone, chat e outros canais, buscando acordos sustentáveis para o negócio e para o cliente.
  • Definir e aplicar condições de renegociação, como prazos e descontos, respeitando as alçadas e políticas estabelecidas pela empresa.
  • Acompanhar os acordos realizados, monitorando seu cumprimento e atuando nos casos de reincidência ou inadimplência.
  • Registrar e manter atualizadas as interações e informações dos clientes nos sistemas de cobrança.
  • Identificar situações que demandem tratamento diferenciado, direcionando os casos para a coordenação ou áreas responsáveis.
  • Contribuir com a construção e evolução das estratégias e dos processos de cobrança, compartilhando conhecimentos e boas práticas com o time.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as políticas internas, regulamentações do setor financeiro e melhores práticas de recuperação de crédito.

➜ O que buscamos em você

  • Experiência com negociação e recuperação de crédito.
  • Vivência com soluções ou operações do setor financeiro.
  • Experiência com ferramentas Google e Zendesk.
  • Conhecimento das regulamentações do setor financeiro e das boas práticas de cobrança.
  • Boa comunicação, capacidade de negociação e habilidade para lidar com situações complexas.
  • Perfil analítico, com capacidade de identificar oportunidades e propor soluções.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar de segunda a sábado, das 13h às 22h.
