Sobre a área:

A área de Gestão de Riscos e Portfólio é responsável por monitorar a saúde financeira da nossa carteira de crédito em todo o seu ciclo de vida. O objetivo principal é equilibrar o crescimento acelerado com a sustentabilidade do negócio, garantindo que as decisões de crédito sejam baseadas em dados precisos e que a rentabilidade da companhia seja otimizada.

Sobre a posição:

Como Analista Sênior de Riscos de Portfólio, você será responsável por conduzir e aprofundar a análise estratégica da carteira, trazendo insights críticos que influenciam diretamente as políticas de concessão e as estratégias de recuperação de crédito.

O que você vai fazer por aqui:

  • Monitoramento e a gestão da carteira de crédito, identificando precocemente tendências de inadimplência, perfis de risco e oportunidades de rentabilização;
  • Garantir a confiabilidade e acurácia dos dados, desenvolvendo e implementando rotinas de governança e validação de informações da carteira;
  • Colaborar ativamente com as áreas de Aquisição e Cobrança, apresentando estudos que orientem o ajuste de políticas de crédito e a otimização das réguas de recuperação;
  • Realizar benchmarking e análises de mercado para garantir que o posicionamento de risco do Jeitto esteja alinhado (ou à frente) das melhores práticas do setor.

O que buscamos em você:

  • Experiência sólida em Riscos de Crédito;
  • Domínio avançado de SQL para manipulação, extração e cruzamento de grandes volumes de dados de forma autônoma;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e visão estratégica, conseguindo traduzir métricas técnicas em impactos financeiros (P&L);
  • Perfil proativo e investigativo, com habilidade para navegar em ambientes dinâmicos e propor soluções inovadoras.

Vai ser um diferencial se você tiver:

  • Experiência com produtos de crédito massificado, como cartão de crédito, empréstimo pessoal ou consignado;
  • Vivência no ecossistema de Fintechs, bancos digitais ou empresas de tecnologia de alto crescimento.
