1、负责大数据平台的运维支持，包括部署、发布、变更等，保障稳定性； 2、负责大数据运维体系建设，包括监控告警、流程规范、工具平台、知识库等； 3、负责集群服务容量规划和管理，资源调度和性能调优； 4、响应和跟进线上服务告警及故障，规划预案，应对突发情况； 5、负责运维工具平台开发建设和优化。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上大数据平台运维或SRE相关经验； 2、熟悉Linux系统，网络基础知识，常规性能分析工具链，主流监控体系； 3、熟悉Shell脚本，掌握Python/Go等至少一门语言，具备运维开发能力； 4、熟悉StarRocks/Doris的架构、部署、调优等，具备实际集群的运维经验； 5、深入理解大数据生态体系，熟悉hadoop、yarn、hive、flink、kafka等核心组件； 6、熟悉腾讯云、阿里云、AWS等国内外常见公有云产品，有实践经验； 7、熟悉kubernetes，有实际的项目经验； 8、具备良好的逻辑分析能力以及团队协作和沟通能力，有责任心，有较强的学习能力； 加分项： 1、有StarRocks集群运维经验，有实际线上故障排查或调优案例； 2、有公有云EMR集群维护经验，熟悉公有云大数据产品体系；
