Suas principais entregas

  • Gerenciar uma carteira de clientes, acompanhar sua jornada e garantir uma experiência completa com nossos produto e suas funcionalidades.
  • Conduzir treinamentos e reuniões, construindo um relacionamento de confiança com os clientes ao longo de sua jornada.
  • Apresentar soluções que façam sentido para seus objetivos, com uma abordagem consultiva, identificando oportunidades de upsell e cross-sell.
  • Evitar o churn, aplicando estratégias proativas de retenção e fidelização.
  • Monitorar o desempenho dos clientes, analisando dados e propondo melhorias para garantir resultados reais.

  • Vivência com gestão de contas e relacionamento com clientes em ambientes dinâmicos.
  • Interesse genuíno por produtos técnicos, com disposição para aprender em um ambiente de tech-first.
  • Ser um entusiasta com conceitos e tendências de IA, além do interesse em se manter atualizado sobre o assunto.
  • Capacidade de registrar e organizar dados de clientes de maneira estruturada em nossos sistemas.
  • Habilidade em captar percepções e interpretar métricas de uso e desempenho da plataforma, transformando em insights.
  • Clareza na comunicação escrita e verbal, adaptando a linguagem para diferentes públicos, com bom poder de persuasão com clientes e stakeholders.
  • Habilidade para treinar e engajar clientes com diferentes níveis de familiaridade com tecnologia.
  • Capacidade de atuar em problemas dos clientes e propor soluções especializadas e resolutivas.
