Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Conversational AI Designer, responsável por desenhar como a Lais conversa, do tom à lógica de diálogo, garantindo que cada interação resolva o problema certo do comprador final.

Lais é a plataforma de IA pro mercado imobiliário. Você será responsável por investigar conversas reais, propor e testar fluxos de diálogo com velocidade, traduzir aprendizados em entregas e atuar em parceria com Produto, Engenharia e os times de IA. Além disso, contribuirá para o amadurecimento da personalidade, da clareza e da escalabilidade das interações da Lais, com foco em conversão, confiança e melhoria contínua.

Suas principais entregas

  • Desenhar e iterar fluxos de conversa, prompts e mensagens da Lais com base em conversas reais, feedback de usuários e dados, garantindo diálogos naturais, claros e com alto padrão de qualidade;
  • Traduzir necessidades do cliente (corretor, imobiliária, comprador) em experiências conversacionais viáveis, conciliando restrições técnicas dos modelos de linguagem e metas de negócio, com mentalidade de produto;
  • Criar e manter a personalidade e o tom de voz da Lais, mapear intenções de usuário, desenhar caminhos de erro e fallback empáticos e definir os pontos de handoff para o atendimento humano;
  • Conduzir e apoiar pesquisas e testes com usuários, conectando hipóteses de design conversacional a evidências práticas;
  • Estruturar e acompanhar métricas conversacionais para gerar insights e evoluir a experiência.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Atuação de +3 anos como Conversational Designer, UX Writer, Product Designer ou papéis similares, com experiência em desenho de interfaces conversacionais ou AI (chat e/ou voz);
  • Familiaridade com IA generativa e LLMs: noção de como funcionam, suas limitações e como desenhar conversas levando isso em conta;
  • Vivência em pesquisa com usuários e análise de interações, do planejamento à análise de resultados;
  • Mentalidade colaborativa, senso crítico e atenção aos detalhes, sempre priorizando otimizar a entrega de valor.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com ferramentas de design conversacional ou prototipação de diálogo;
  • Experiência projetando para WhatsApp ou outros canais de mensageria;
  • Vivência com fluxos agênticos, uso de ferramentas (tool use) e cadeias de raciocínio em assistentes de IA;
  • Conhecimento do mercado imobiliário, CRM ou fluxos de vendas;
  • Experiência em startups em estágio inicial ou em ritmo acelerado de crescimento.
