Estamos buscando um(a) Software Engineer Sênior (Back-end) para atuar no time de Tecnologia.

O papel envolve arquitetar e desenvolver sistemas robustos, escaláveis e de alta performance, além de sustentar a infraestrutura que dá vida à Lais (nossa IA) e aos nossos produtos core.

Você terá como objetivo garantir que a tecnologia da Lastro seja o alicerce sustentável para o crescimento acelerado da empresa, entregando soluções de alto impacto para o mercado imobiliário.

Suas principais entregas:

  • Desenvolver, evoluir e sustentar o back-end em Go, priorizando a construção de sistemas de alta performance e escalabilidade;
  • Projetar e documentar APIs robustas e resilientes que facilitem a integração contínua entre múltiplos serviços e produtos;
  • Assegurar a excelência técnica através de testes automatizados, revisões de código rigorosas e disseminação de boas práticas de engenharia;
  • Liderar discussões de arquitetura, propondo soluções estruturais que suportem o crescimento acelerado da plataforma e mitiguem débitos técnicos;
  • Explorar e implementar tecnologias emergentes, incluindo integração com LLMs, bancos de dados vetoriais e arquiteturas agênticas para gerar valor ao negócio;
  • Otimizar continuamente a infraestrutura e o código para garantir baixa latência e alta disponibilidade.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Experiência sólida e comprovada em desenvolvimento back-end, com domínio em Go.
  • Profundo conhecimento na construção de APIs RESTful e modelagem de bancos de dados relacionais;
  • Vivência prática com pipelines de CI/CD e cultura de automação de testes para entregas frequentes e seguras;
  • Capacidade de apoiar o time na resolução de problemas complexos, compartilhando conhecimento técnico e mentoreando pares;
  • Autonomia para gerenciar entregas de ponta a ponta e visão crítica para sugerir melhorias em um ambiente dinâmico;

Diferenciais:

  • Familiaridade com arquiteturas orientadas a eventos e mensageria;
  • Interesse ou experiência em IA, bancos de dados vetoriais ou arquiteturas agênticas;
  • Conhecimento do mercado imobiliário ou de sistemas CRM.
