Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Product Designer Sênior, responsável por liderar o processo de design de ponta a ponta nos nossos produtos. Seu foco será garantir que nossas soluções resolvam os problemas certos.

Você será responsável por investigar dores reais, propor e testar soluções com velocidade, traduzindo aprendizados em entregas e atuando em parceria com Produto, Engenharia e outras áreas da empresa. Além disso, contribuirá para o amadurecimento do design do nosso produto, com foco em usabilidade, escalabilidade e melhoria contínua.

Suas principais entregas

  • Prototipar e iterar soluções de design com base em feedbacks de usuários e partes interessadas, garantindo entregas com alto padrão de usabilidade;
  • Traduzir necessidades do cliente em soluções viáveis, conciliando as necessidades técnicas e metas do negócio. Atuando com uma mentalidade em produto.
  • Criar fluxos, wireframes, protótipos e interfaces de alta fidelidade, equilibrando objetivos do negócio e necessidades reais dos usuários. Investigar e mapear oportunidades de melhoria de usabilidade lado a lado com Produto;
  • Conduzir e apoiar pesquisas, entrevistas e testes de usabilidade com usuários, conectando hipóteses de design com evidências práticas;
  • Colaborar com os times de Tecnologia e Produto ao longo de todo ciclo de entrega, definindo requisitos e especificações de design;
  • Analisar dados e acompanhar métricas do produto para gerar insights e melhorar a experiência.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Experiência avançada em ferramentas de UI e Prototipação (Figma, Miro, entre outras);
  • Atuação de +3 anos como Product Designer ou papéis similares;
  • Capacidade de identificar e investigar problemas e levantar oportunidades, para endereçar os desafios e cocriar soluções;
  • Vivência em pesquisa com usuários, desde o planejamento até a análise dos resultados, incluindo teste de usabilidade;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de influenciar positivamente outras áreas (Produto e Tecnologia);
  • Mentalidade colaborativa e de senso crítico para evoluir produtos e processos;
  • Tem atenção aos detalhes e rigorosa qualidade estética, sempre priorizando otimizar a entrega de valor.
