Sobre a vaga

Estamos em busca de um(a) Estagiário(a) de Business Analytics para apoiar nossa infraestrutura de dados e operações, além das análises da empresa como um todo. Você vai aprender e colaborar para garantir que os dados certos cheguem às pessoas certas, no momento certo, com qualidade, consistência e rastreabilidade.

Você vai ajudar a construir e manter pipelines de dados, análises de receita e integrações entre sistemas, trabalhando junto com os times de Produto, Tecnologia e Go-to-market, sob orientação de um(a) Analista Sênior. É uma ótima oportunidade para ganhar experiência prática no ciclo de vida completo dos dados, passando por RevOps, Finanças e operações de Go-to-market, dentro de uma stack moderna e acelerada por IA.

Suas principais responsabilidades

Construir e apoiar fluxos ponta a ponta, potencializados pela IA, para a tomada de decisão em nível gerencial, passando por:

- Estruturação de processos operacionais do negócio;

- Tradução de processos em dados estruturados;

- Dados estruturados em insights confiáveis ​​e ações práticas, para pessoas e para IA;

- Insights em relatórios estratégicos.

Quem estamos procurando

- Cursando graduação em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Estatística, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas relacionadas;

- Experiência acadêmica ou em projetos com Python;

- Conhecimento de Excel/Google Sheets (fórmulas intermediárias, tabelas dinâmicas);

- Curiosidade técnica para entender como os dados fluem entre sistemas (bancos de dados, APIs, webhooks);

- Perfil autônomo e analítico: gosta de ser dono(a) do próprio trabalho e trazer novas soluções para desafios complexos;

- Comunicação clara e forte organização para lidar com prazos, gerenciar demandas, detalhes e múltiplas frentes ao mesmo tempo;

- Mentalidade orientada para resultados;

- Atenção aos detalhes;

- Interesse por startups em rápido crescimento e IA.

Diferenciais

- Contato prévio com N8N ou ferramentas similares de automação low-code (Make, Zapier);

- Contato prévio com ciência de dados;

- Contato prévio com engenharia de dados;

- Familiaridade com plataformas de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Google Data Studio);

- Familiaridade ou experiência prévia com HubSpot ou outro CRM.
