Estamos buscando um(a) Product Manager para atuar no time de Produto.

O papel envolve liderar a priorização do desenvolvimento e a evolução de uma frente, garantindo que atendam às necessidades dos usuários e aos objetivos estratégicos da empresa.

Suas principais entregas:

  • Definir a estratégia e o roadmap do produto, alinhando-a com os objetivos do negócio e stakeholders envolvidos;
  • Gerenciar o ciclo completo de desenvolvimento da frente, da concepção até o lançamento e acompanhamento pós-implementação;
  • Trabalhar em colaboração com times de design e tecnologia desde a definição até a entrega de soluções, monitorando métricas de desempenho, identificando oportunidades e iterando continuamente;
  • Priorizar funcionalidades e melhorias com base em dados, feedback de usuários e alinhamento estratégico, além de conduzir pesquisas e análises para entender o mercado e as necessidades dos usuários.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Resiliência e agilidade para atuar em um ambiente de alta performance e ritmo acelerado, com foco em resolver problemas sem caminhos pré-estruturados;
  • Curiosidade intelectual, que demonstre alto interesse em resolução de problemas e melhorias contínuas;
  • Capacidade de traduzir necessidades de usuários e do negócio em requisitos claros e objetivos;
  • Perfil analítico para interpretar dados e tomar decisões embasadas;
  • Excelente comunicação e habilidade para trabalhar em equipes multidisciplinares.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia como Product Manager ou em funções relacionadas à gestão de produtos;
  • Experiência em ambientes dinâmicos, como startups ou empresas em crescimento acelerado;
  • Familiaridade com práticas de UX e pesquisa de usuários.
