Estamos buscando um(a) AI Product Manager Sr.

O papel envolve coordenar a construção do nosso produto conversacional (Lais) usando IA generativa, garantindo uma experiência funcional e fluida para as pessoas que buscam alugar e comprar imóveis no Brasil. Você decidirá entre diferentes arquiteturas de solução de IA para chegarmos à solução mais tecnicamente robusta, financeiramente eficiente e de maior performance para cada problema.

Suas principais entregas:

  • Decisão de roadmap: você estará em contato com todas as partes da empresa, como calls de vendas, entrevistas com os clientes, acompanhamento dos times de CX, relatórios financeiros. E ajudará a definir as principais oportunidades que temos para atacar dentro da experiência conversacional, e como coordenamos com desenvolvedores e designers para construirmos essas soluções; e depois com o resto do time para fazermos essas soluções chegarem até o cliente.
  • Construção e monitoria da arquitetura AI: na execução dessas soluções, você decidirá quais arquiteturas de IA usaremos, bem como definirá qualitativamente e quantitativamente a maneira de acompanhar a performance desses processos no rollout.
  • Referência técnica de AI: você será uma das principais pessoas a entender como nosso Produto conversacional funciona, tanto no nível regras de negócio quanto na parte técnica de inteligência artificial. Quando outros PMs construírem produtos que envolvam o conversacional, você será referência para eles de como incorporar a parte conversacional no fluxo, efetivamente construindo a interface de IA necessária para cada caso.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Visão analítica muito forte. Nosso Produto é bastante configurável, e numa base de 1000 clientes, isso significa que a cada funcionalidade nova, a interação possível entre os diferentes comportamentos configurados aumenta exponencialmente. Além de raciocínio lógico forte para entender essa interação, procuramos alguém que tenha a curiosidade de criar um sistema escalável de ritmo constante de entregas dentro do comportamento da nossa IA.
  • Comunicação clara. Você gosta de escrever para organizar os pensamentos.
  • Curiosidade profunda sobre o funcionamento de IA. Você não fica satisfeito com explicações superficiais, fica perguntando 'por quê?' até parecer incômodo. Está sempre atento a novas tecnologias para testar e estudar; você não quer entrar numa empresa apenas consumir a melhor fundação de criação de Produtos com IA, você quer ser protagonista em construí-la. Você não espera soluções e conhecimento prontos, na verdade, prefere estar na vanguarda sempre e ser a pessoa que transmite novas práticas de mercado onde trabalha.
  • Vontade de atuar em um ambiente de alta performance e ritmo acelerado. Você gosta de assumir tradeoff complexos e sem caminho pré-definido.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência direta com LLMs em produção: você já tomou decisões como escolha de modelo, estratégia de prompt, avaliação de output e tradeoff de custo vs. performance em contexto real.
  • Já construiu ou operou sistemas de avaliação de qualidade de IA (evals, métricas de performance conversacional, monitoramento de regressão).
